Hello, check out these free for personal use cartoon vectors. Not for commercial use. Hope you can use them

Your download will include two files
1) AIcs5
2) EPS10
3) PNG

In the AI file you will find the text is live and editable so you'll need to download the font, link is above. Also if you are scaling the design remember to check the box for 'scale strokes and effects'. Colours and stroke weights etc can all be edited from the appearance panel.

In the EPS10 file everything including text is expanded.
